I hung three of my DIY cork boards above the dresser and used shirt pins to hang each earring, necklace, bracelet and cocktail ring. I also love how those vintage sand paintings jive with the rest of our bedroom. They serendipitously matched the wall color, bedspread and vaguely Asian feel of the room just perfectly.
The Kate Spade disco ball bracelet was a Christmas gift from my Dad. Isn't it delightful? I'm wearing it all the time even though it's quite evening-y. (Pish Posh.) I wore the crystal flowers in the top right corner on our wedding day. I wear them pinned on my dress or in my hair to friend's weddings for good luck.
I flirted with that insane beaded lobster all summer before it went on sale and I finally snatched it up. As you can imagine, the kids at school adore it. He has two rhinestones for eyes.
What a good excuse to drink more wine!!
ReplyDeleteNot that I needed one!

ReplyDeleteSarah-Glad you like! Save your corks & we'll make one together this summer!
This is an awesome way to display your jewelry! As a jewelry designer myself I forget to make something for myself and this is a GREAT way to start! LOL And a good excuse to drink wine! ;)
ReplyDeleteHere is my favorite piece of jewelry so far. It's my Motherhood Bracelet. This is just a picture of it when it had 1 strand. It's up to 3 strands (and will stay that way!)
